GaN technology for more power

GaN, i.e. gallium nitride, is a new type of semiconductor characterized by significant heat conduction capabilities, resistance to high temperatures, radiation and mechanical damage. The use of this technology has allowed to obtain fast and simultaneous charging of many mobile devices while maintaining small charger size.
